Florian's World of R/C is a family owned and operated full line hobby shop located at 719 Paris road in Fort Plain, NY. Since opening our doors in 2006-we have served hobbyist throughout the Mohawk valley and beyond ! Although  we specialize in radio controlled vehicles for land, air & water- we also carry a wide variety of general hobby supplies including model rockets, kites, metal detectors, science & educational kits, plastic models and much more.
Our site also features an outdoor race track for your racing excitement! We have a huge dirt oval for some weekly "wheel to wheel" warfare. Come check out the increasingly popular Mudboss racing classes. A huge drivers stand and pit area with electric is available to accommodate numerous racers. Our goal is to introduce newcomers to this awesome hobby and provide an enjoyable environment for beginners and experienced enthusiasts alike! We have also included a new crawler course consisting of 450' of running length with 3 bridges, tunnels, and mountain to climb.

New 4WD Sprint class for 2021

We are pleased to announce that we will be adding a modified 4WD Sprint class for 2021. We will be utilizing the Traxxas Slash VXL 4x4 with the Mcallister Mercer sprint conversion. Although this kit states its for the 2WD version, it is easily made to fit the 4x4 chassis. Look for more details in the coming weeks.
